  • 06:50 UTC – Wurl Support was alerted to multiple channels being down and initiated an investigation.

  • 07:13 UTC – Wurl Support escalated the issue to the Engineering team for further investigation.

  • 07:23 UTC – Wurl Support identified reports from AWS indicating multiple impacted services.

  • 07:44 UTC – Wurl Engineering confirmed that the AWS outage was the root cause of the service interruption.

  • 09:01 UTC – AWS indicated that they had identified a potential root cause contributing to elevated error rates.

  • 10:24 UTC – AWS reported that they were still observing delays in achieving full recovery across impacted services.

  • 17:13 UTC – Wurl Support is still seeing issues on channels using the Advanced Package and several restream channels. 

  • 20:41 UTC - Wurl Support starting to see recovery on several channels

  • 22:53 UTC - AWS has reported that all services have recovered. Wurl will continue to monitor the systems to ensure ongoing stability
